ServiceNow University — the platform formerly known as Now Learning — is ServiceNow's official home for training and certification. At Knowledge 2026, ServiceNow said it had grown to almost 2 million learners, up 80% year-on-year.

Closer to home

In Melbourne, La Trobe University has made ServiceNow University part of its academic programs, giving students credit courses and the chance to become Certified Application Developers — a practical response to Australia's ServiceNow skills gap.
